Welcome to Wish Upon Paper. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Overview
Wish Upon Paper provides custom and semi-custom stationery design services, including wedding invitations and related paper goods. All products and services are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full or require a non-refundable deposit before design work begins.
- Final files and/or printed products will not be delivered until all outstanding balances are paid.
- Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
3. Design Process & Proofing
- Clients will receive digital proofs for review and approval.
- It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, grammar, layout, and accuracy of information.
- Approval of a proof constitutes full acceptance of the design “as is.” Wish Upon Paper is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
4. Revisions
- A set number of revisions may be included depending on the package selected.
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.
- Major design changes after approval may require a new design fee.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
- Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of the project and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Delays in client communication or proof approvals may affect delivery timelines.
- Wish Upon Paper is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Printing & Color Variations
- Colors may appear differently on screens versus printed materials.
- Slight variations in color, texture, and print quality are normal and not considered defects.
- Wish Upon Paper is not responsible for color discrepancies once a proof has been approved.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or during invoicing.
- Once an order has shipped, Wish Upon Paper is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits and payments made are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work.
- Orders may not be canceled once design work has begun.
- In the event of a cancellation, any completed work remains the property of Wish Upon Paper.
9. Intellectual Property
- All designs, artwork, and content created by Wish Upon Paper remain the intellectual property of Wish Upon Paper.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or alter designs without written permission.
- Wish Upon Paper reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information for their order.
- Clients are responsible for proofreading all submitted content prior to design.
- Wish Upon Paper is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
11. Limitation of Liability
Wish Upon Paper shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
12. Force Majeure
Wish Upon Paper is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
