Cancellation Policy

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Orders that must be cancelled PRIOR to production being started may be charged a minimum of 50% of the order for design time and is considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Returns and exchange details

We take pride in creating each save-the-date and invitation suite we offer and since each one is completely customized, we do not offer refunds on orders.

We hope not, but if there is ever an issue with your order we will work with you to remedy the situation because we do care and we are real people on this end!
